Job description

Manage multiple projects/client accounts at once.
Report all project status to Internal Executive Team and Client Services department on daily basis.
Posses comprehensive knowledge of project strategy and purpose.
Realize and allocate suitable timeframes to perform routine tasks.
Supervise and maintain project schedules.
Establish and maintain billable work hours/ budgets for projects.
Plan project deliverable dates, dates of client meetings, etc.
Recognize and Manage client expectations; ensure client expectations are met.
Modify plans to satisfy client specifications.
Develop Project Briefs and maintain all documentation thru the project cycle. (Daily Status -Reports, Conference Meeting Note, Client Change Orders and Client Approval Forms)
Coordinate team, in accordance with the project plan at start of project.
Supervise team utilization.
Daily interaction with the client (via email, phone calls and in-person) through the durations of the project.
Assemble informal daily check-ins with the team members.
Perform final assessment of work before delivery to client.
