Overview
We are looking for a web producer to manage large scale website development projects and interactive advertising. The ideal candidate has an expert understanding of approaches to managing complex, multi-phased projects, and the flexibility to lead multi-disciplinary, diverse and dynamic teams, with elements including website development and online advertising.
Application Requirements
- Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred, but not required, or related work experience preferred.
- Must be proficient in both PC and Apple OS, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Creative Suite, FTP and Microsoft Office. SEO/SEM knowledge is a plus.
- Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal and customer skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and meet critical deadlines is vital.
- The right candidate also has excellent written, verbal, organizational, and time management skills.
- You must be able to work independently and with a team.
- Outstanding communication skills, both over the phone and in person, are imperative.
- Familiarity with HTML, style sheets, XML and other web-related technologies.
- Excellent grasp of written English, including the ability to copy-edit content for both style and accuracy.
- Photoshop skills desirable; familiarity with PC components and PC building a plus.
- The ability to work with a team of technical analysts, writers and editors in a dynamic, distributed environment.
Job description
- Prepare and maintain project documentation: project plan, status reports, risk assessment plans, change requests, and resource requests.
- Independently manage all aspects of the project: scope, issues/risks, schedule, budget, quality, and communication on a daily basis.
- Manage and deliver multiple (5-10) interactive projects simultaneously on-time and on-budget.
- Provide strategic insight and direction into developing innovative solutions for clients as well as tactically managing the day to day project operations and communications.
- Accurately scope work and create project schedules for delivery.
- Work with the client account team to fully define business objectives, project deliverables, and schedules.
- Identify effective staffing for project needs and maximize the efficiency and optimization of the team.
